The wait time was excessive, the service was lacking, and the food didn't impress. Our waitress, who might have been new to the job, didn’t even know they served Miller Lite. We arrived just before 8 PM and didn't leave until after 11:30 PM—that's practically a part-time shift at any job! There were cleaning products on our table that we had to ask to be moved because we could smell them. I recommend skipping the house strawberry lemonade; it was disappointing. The painkiller drink was mostly ice, which meant it was mostly water. Overall, this was just a below-average dining experience.

However, things took a turn for the worse when I received my order. I was incredibly shocked to discover that my bacon cheeseburger had mold on the bun! Although the staff addressed the issue fairly quickly after two members of our party alerted someone, it was still disappointing. The manager handled it professionally and removed the item from our bill, but when my replacement order arrived, there was hair in the ranch dressing! Not only did I have my order messed up twice, but we were also the only table using plastic silverware. I'm not one to blow things out of proportion, but this was an entirely unacceptable experience. Suffice it to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Unfortunately, it took another 20 minutes for the correct drink to arrive, by which time we had nearly finished our meals. I also want to mention that we never received the water we requested. When our food arrived, I asked for another order of those delicious croissants, but they never came either. On a brighter note, the food itself was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed the country-fried steak, shrimp Alfredo pasta, shrimp platter, and Buffalo wraps. However, I was disappointed that, at 4 PM, they didn’t have everything ready for the New Orleans pasta, which forced me to settle for the Alfredo instead. Despite the service issues, I’m willing to give this place another shot because the food was so good. I hope they can improve their staffing to enhance the overall experience for their customers.

She didn't check in to see if we wanted any refills, and one of our appetizers didn't arrive until we were almost finished with our main courses. Although it was removed from our bill, it was still disappointing. Additionally, we had to ask for condiments several times that we requested when we ordered, and we ended up waiting quite a while for them to arrive. I've been coming to this restaurant for many years, and this was the first time I encountered such poor customer service.

Long wait but lots of empty tables; 10 mins to get one bar drink. Ordered watermelon frozen drink and was brought a strawberry marg; waiter swore it was the right one and said the lime on the rim was a “small slice of watermelon” No croissants until AFTER appetizer arrived and right before meal. Drinks served in plastic cups. No silverware until AFTER meal was delivered. Then brought PLASTIC UTENSILS!!! My Cesar salad “dressing” was actually white gravy that someone else at our table ordered! No refills even offered until we were finished eating! Wait staff not at all attentive and walking around like he was oblivious to what his job was. UNACCEPTABLE for a $90 meal!!
