The service was fast and the food was made to my specifications. However, we had to clean our own table as it seemed like no one was taking care of the dining area. I had to get a sanitizer wipe from the front counter myself because there was no one at the register. This experience won't stop us from coming back, but it would be great if the manager or staff paid more attention to keeping the dining room clean instead of staying in the kitchen.
The service was incredibly slow and our order was incorrect. We requested a BLT but received a mayo, chicken, and avocado BLT instead, despite specifically asking for "just a BLT." On a positive note, the pastries are delicious and the service has improved recently, with quick service. I highly recommend trying the chocolate croissants.
When did an Entrée salad (which was 95% lettuce) and a quart of soup (which was 75% broth) come anywhere close to a bill of $37?! You have absolutely priced us out of ever going back. I know corporate sets the prices, but this is insanity. I wanted to review the receipt for an error, but I wasn't given one. Then again, I'd be embarrassed to provide one too in this case.
Soup was cold ordered 2 of same soups 1 was OK the 2nd was cold and watered down
They didn't have any bread for the soup I ordered. PANERA BREAD HAD NO BREAD!?!?!?! Asked for a chocolate chip bagel, they gave me a blueberry bagel! They never get the order right so I've stopped going there.
