I ordered two waffle cones with a single scoop on each, and the... read more The staff at Squatch’s were friendly, but I felt the pricing for the ice cream was unreasonable. I ordered two waffle cones with a single scoop on each, and the total came to $5.50 for the scoop and an additional $1.00 for the cone. Given the price, I expected a generous scoop, but it was disappointingly small—so small that it nearly fell into the cone, barely peeking out. When I pointed out how little ice cream I received for the price, the response I got was that it costs that much because it’s premium ice cream. My issue wasn’t with the price itself, but with the portion size for what I paid. Not the right answer, unfortunately.

It was the end of the... read more The staff was grumpy and very rude. Just trying to get my order and get me out the door. The floor was dirty and the space is so cramped. It was the end of the summer season when we went so they we’re probably just burnt out. The price was also ridiculous!!! Just go to Albertson’s and get some Tillamook Mudslide ice cream. No wonder the line to ice cream alley was so long. Might be better to just go there next time.
