While some smaller buffets compensate with better quality food, this one does not fit that description. There were no cooked green vegetables available—just salad. Aside from that, the vegetable choices consisted of carrots and six different potato variations. They did have a prime rib carving station, but unfortunately, no one was carving it; it was all pre-sliced and looked a bit discolored from sitting under the heat lamp. On a positive note, the salad ingredients appeared fresh, and there were several desserts that looked quite enticing. The peel-and-eat shrimp and oysters were good, definitely fresh, and the cocktail sauce was mild enough to encourage multiple servings. Despite the lackluster quality of the food and limited options, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We might consider returning to the steakhouse, but I doubt I’ll eat at the buffet again unless there are significant improvements.

The hot food was cold, while the cold dishes were warm. There were also many empty spaces where food should have been. The most troubling aspect was having to navigate through a smoke-filled casino. Anyone with respiratory issues (such as asthma or COPD) should definitely steer clear! The smell of cigarette smoke overwhelmed the entire place and even affected the food. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
