The lady at the hotel check in with curly black hair was rude as fu... And the hot tubs wer closed this is we looked all weekend
My first time in this casino/hotel. Nice and clean. Plexiglas is between players on the casino floor. Everybody wore masks. Hotel rooms were beautiful, bathrooms are a good size with deep tubs! Dinner at the steakhouse. I have the Salmon and Yukon Goldmaischkartoffeln. Articles are ala carte. Delicious! In the morning we went to another restaurant that had a breakfast plate for just $8! These include 2 eggs, 2 pancakes or French toast and bacon or sausage. Enjoyable! Total nice stay!
The restaurant has a very clean and sterile environment, with temperature checks and hand sanitizer available at the front doors. They provide free masks, and all slot machines are equipped with hard plastic panels on either side for extra protection.
We went for my birthday. The room was beautiful. Could not win at the casino. Table games and machines were horrible. Steak house was great but very expensive. The Bar and Grill was also good and reasonable prices with a lot of food for each order. Only thing I did not like was after 12AM there is no way to get food. Everything was closed. The deli shop only had desserts and drinks. Went to bed hungry. Bring some snacks. Staff was awesome. Would stay again.
There were only a few Keno machines available, as the focus was mostly on slots. However, I had a good experience overall—during my first visit, I won $20 from the $10 in Prairie Cash I received for spinning the wheel as a new member. My employer had arranged for an event room, and the meal was excellent. The guest service was outstanding; the staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly and did so with a polite and patient demeanor. The only downside to my visit was the limited availability of Keno machines. Overall, it didn’t detract from my experience too much.
