We went for my birthday. The room was beautiful. Could not win at the casino. Table games and machines were horrible. Steak house was great but very expensive.... read more We went for my birthday. The room was beautiful. Could not win at the casino. Table games and machines were horrible. Steak house was great but very expensive. The Bar and Grill was also good and reasonable prices with a lot of food for each order. Only thing I did not like was after 12AM there is no way to get food. Everything was closed. The deli shop only had desserts and drinks. Went to bed hungry. Bring some snacks. Staff was awesome. Would stay again.

However, I had a good experience overall—during my first visit, I won $20 from the $10 in Prairie Cash I received for spinning the wheel as a new member. My employer had arranged for an event room, and the meal was excellent. The guest service was outstanding; the staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly and did so with a polite and patient demeanor. The only downside to my visit was the limited availability of Keno machines. Overall, it didn’t detract from my experience too much.
