During our trip from Indiana to Texas, our youth group decided to stop at Subway. We brought in 15 people, and I want to give a big shoutout to Jillian! She handled everything with calmness, respect, and great diligence, taking care of us all by herself without making a single mistake. You have an exceptional employee in her, and I suggest providing her with some help to deal with the flying insects, as the flies and gnats were a bit bothersome, though entirely out of her control. Despite that, she made our experience at your restaurant fantastic! Thank you, Jillian!
I wouldn’t even give them a star. We came in with ten people, and there were only three employees working, one of whom was making sandwiches. It wasn’t until four more customers arrived that an additional employee came to help. I requested onions and was told that she hadn’t had time to prepare them, despite the fact that there was no one else in the store when we arrived. The lettuce was brown, so I asked for fresh lettuce, but she just took it out and then put it back, continuing to use the brown lettuce. This was the worst service I've ever experienced at a Subway.
