Now, they also refuse to... read more It’s disappointing that this McDonald's doesn’t operate 24 hours like many others and doesn’t serve breakfast around the clock either. Now, they also refuse to accept $50 or $100 bills for payment. It feels like they're continually raising their prices while providing less service than other McDonald's locations. I wouldn’t recommend ordering two 20-piece chicken nuggets either, as we often end up with only 30 nuggets instead of the full 40. Additionally, it's puzzling that one McDonald's location in Mattoon charges higher prices than a nearby one.

As for wheelchair accessibility, it's easy to roll right in and reach the counter to place your order.

Today was no different bunch of deplorable managers that like to antagonize people when they're p aggravated about the sub par service. Today was the last day I will ever go to this McDonald's. They even threatened to call the cops on me in the drive-thru. Mess around and catch a case at this McDonald's
