As soon as you approach the bathroom, the awful smell hits you before you even open the door. The chicken seems to be undercooked to a concerning degree. Honestly, you’d be better off going to the convenience store next door, buying a bag of cheap frozen chicken, bringing it home, cooking it yourself, and enjoying a meal that's not only cheaper but also safer from food poisoning.

The $10... read more I had an amazing experience at the buffet in Mattoon yesterday! The noodles were absolutely delicious, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The $10 price is quite reasonable, especially since you can eat as much as you like. I recall having to pay $40 for a 12-piece meal at the KFC in Charleston once, which was really disappointing.

The place was clean and had a delightful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a great experience. The food was served hot, tasted wonderful, and was perfectly cooked!

Each time I ordered something, she would simply ask, "Is that all?" as I continued to place my ord... read more The girl who took my order at the drive-thru was rather rude. Each time I ordered something, she would simply ask, "Is that all?" as I continued to place my order, repeating the same question with no enthusiasm. In contrast, the young man who processed my payment was very friendly. However, when the girl finally returned my card, she almost threw my order at me and crumpled my receipt before tossing it down without making eye contact or saying anything at all.

When I inquired about it, a staff member who identified as the manager explained that the menu prices are inaccurate and that there was nothing they could do to change it. I chose to cancel my order and leave.
