Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant in question has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have complained about poor service, seating next to a loud and distracting area, long wait times, and subpar food quality. While others have praised it for its delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful atmosphere with outdoor dining options, and enjoyable live music. It seems like the overall experience at the restaurant can be hit or miss, with some diners vowing to never return while others plan on coming back. Despite the mixed feedback, Pampano's Dockside seems to have a loyal following with those who enjoy its creative Mexican seafood dishes and inviting atmosphere.
This is a great spot, perfect for enjoying a nice summer evening. Our food was very good, except for the notable exception of the grilled pizza. With no kids menu, and not many kids friendly options, we went with that for them, and as someone who makes grilled pizza all the time at home, I know how good it can be. This was not. Using fresh tomatoes made for a VERY soggy pizza that I didn't blame the kids for not wanting to eat. Thankfully their bread is delicious and they brought us extra so the kids didn't starve. But I would highly suggest they make some fresh sauce, simmer it down and THEN make the pizza to hopefully avoid the soggy mess we had on our table. Otherwise, the food was good, our waitress was incredibly nice, she offered to bring a side of fries out for the kids, and I really loved the atmosphere!!
Seating next to the sliding door while loud music outside was irritating with drunk customers coming in and out for the restrooms. The entire room was empty but we were sat right next to the door. Food was nothing special, extremely disappointed
Seemed like they were understaffed for the volume diners . Arrived 20 minutes early with a reservation for 4 and although there were multiple tables available outside for four , we had to wait until our reservation time so we can be seated at our predetermined table. None of the other empty tables for 4 were filled until about 8 PM. Didn 't make sense . Although very polite and respectful , the staff seemed overwhelmed and the team managing the seating was inexperienced and inflexible . Food was pretty good though and the atmosphere/view excellent. More of a happy/hour hors appetizer by the pool type of experience then a full sit down dinner .
Rude!!!! Just seems like inexperienced staff. Didn't even stay to try the food it was so bad.
Dad's 84th birthday. Thursday night. Mentioned birthday OT res, told hostess before seating, mentioned to waiter when taking desert order (we didn't order anything) they didn't bring anything. Pretty routine place. Efficient service, nothing special. Location nice, been there before when it was Touch of Venice. Didn't feel as if any real management was present, just staff. Swordfish special was great, duck really good but side of raw spinach was kind of weird, and the pasta with shrimp and scallops was over-sauced but tasty.
