Windamere - Mattituck

My husband and I belong to Strongs Water Club and have eaten at Windamere two saturday evenings in a row. The food is delicious.Everything we have ordered so far has been right on the mark. The view is so beautiful that you don't mind if you have to wait for your food. When it comes to the table oh so worth waiting for. Let's face it nowadays you have to wait everywhere you go. We met the Manager Michelle for the first time last Saturday night she is so nice and professional. We actually are planning to make another reservation there for the upcoming Saturday

That was the worst eating in my life. jill was a great host, but the manager needs interpersonal skills. asking a customer “Well, why is this my problem!” good, glad that she asked the food that had sucked my fish had no taste even if a bottleHot sauce could taste nothing! after waiting for a taxi and complaining about eating on my engagement, he still has instructed me on 2 glasses of good weins! if there is a day to remember, go to mcdonalds at least they have the playground and a clown to serve them!

Beautiful place, friendly service, live music. there are the 3 stars. Eating was just ok. hit or miss. the menu is very small. party of 4. the hummer cobb was great, but small. the shrimp sampling was good, but I thought it had much too much garlic and lemon. the burgers and truffles were great. the rock steak was terrible. they use the strangest dry rub season I've ever tasted. forget that it was raw when it was served, the taste was like burned hair. I didn't kill you. you need a new cook. anyone who does this without trying it is in the wrong business. this place is not worth the high prices. will not be back.

Unfortunately, none of the servers know how to put a smile in the face or interact with the customers. black cod was well seasoned, but undercooked. so it was not returned

Really nice little lunch place. service with friendly and attentive. it is child-friendly and eating was great. I had a fantastic burger. prices are reasonable in view of the situation. seating places are available in the indoor and outdoor areas. we're coming back!
