Dunkin' - Matawan

The drive-thru line is consistently quick, and the staff is always courteous.

The thing that I appreciate most about Dunkin Donuts is the eloquent fluent English they use upon receiving and understanding my order, the elegance and care with which they pour my Pumpkin Spice Late', and the eagerness and tender manner in which they announce when my drink is ready. Their bathroom is trendy with their lack of toilet paper, wet floor and reflective mirror. An experience only rivaled by Disney World!

Amazing staff, good experience, was extremely busy, drive through had over 20 cars in queue and inside there were over 15 people waiting in queue, but they handled the orders quickly, professionally and politely with smiles. Tried their new Shakes and smoothies

The restaurant was decent, the staff were friendly, the food was satisfactory, and the coffee was served hot.

I just went through the drive-thru and I'm not sure why I kept giving them chances. They've messed up my ice cream toppings several times, but this time, there was no sprinkles at all—just cream. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, and the English muffin was rock hard.
