Great Wolf Lodge Water Park Mason - Feedback

What Hannah Stallings doesn't like about Great Wolf Lodge Water Park Mason:
We came for a family vacation and had a really fun time, but the rooms and service was lacking. Room service didn’t come every day, and since we had young kids it really was needed. There were also flies in our room, the outlet with the coffee maker and microwave wasn’t working all the time, and our patio smelled like pee. Stayed for a week with my eight year old and her friend. They had a blast the entire time. I was super impressed with the entire staff, especially the lifeguards who made it possible for me to relax and enjoy myself more than any other pool or water park.Everything seemed impressively clean.
