What Hannah Stallings doesn't like about Great Wolf Lodge Water Park Mason:
We came for a family vacation and had a really fun time, but the rooms and service was lacking. Room service didn’t come every day, and since we had young kids it really was needed. There were also flies in our room, the outlet with the coffee maker and microwave wasn’t working all the time, and our patio smelled like pee. The rooms desperately need to be updated, and more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. B... View all feedback.

My daughter said it was the most fun week of her entire life so far.
If going to this place be prepared to spend some money! When making a reservation and they offer the dining package I highly recommend it even though it seems high it will be cheaper than when you go to the actual lodge itself. Breakfast for 2 chicken and 2 adults was almost $90. Everything cost extra money. And speaking of that check your information thoroughly when you check in as I was double-charged. Was told it was an authorization hold. Sry not for dbl the amount! This wasn't resolved for almost a week. Staff was kind but not helpful, was charged for towels that we turned in so check for that or they charge you 15 buck a piece in hopes that you don't ck. And probably the biggest kicker this is supposed to be a family facility, I contacted the front desk because of the strong odor in our room, turned out with people smoking on the balcony next door to us and it was coming into our room and it wasn't cigarettes. This happened a cpl times. To each their own,but a family facility that charges 100 dollars a night for incidentals.... no! I don't wanna be charged for something I didn't do. This isn't even getting into how dirty the water park was.....
Had a great time this weekend celebrating my sons birthday. The supervising lifeguard named Ashlie was awesome! She took care of my nephew who had a scare in the water and she even came to check on him the next day. Her customer service was above and beyond. She was AWESOME. The upper management was great as well. They called the next day to check on my nephew. The assistant Willow, that you text on your phone, was also great. Anytime we had a question it responded fast and got us what we needed fast.Thank you all for making sure we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

There were also flies in our room, the outlet with the coffee maker and microwave wasn’t working all the time, and our patio smelled like pee. I would love to come back, but I’d be more motivated if they did some updates.
The convention center, rooms, and all amenities are fantastic. Highly recommend.Couple pointers for your stay:If you like to hang things, I recommend bringing your own hangers, as they can not provide you with extra due to the design of their hangers. We stayed 4 nights, no housekeeping each day, so you'll want to plan a call to them to switch out towels/get things throughout your stay.Lodge is also CASHLESS, and they do not have a machine to make your cash into a card like other cashless places do.Will definitely visit again!
