This cafe is primarily plant-based. I visited twice on my way to the airport and had a wonderful experience each time. I would recommend skipping the airport food in Sydney and stopping here instead. The food is really delicious and memorable. They have a fantastic breakfast burger and their waffles are crispy and tasty.
