Great management. Went over and above to deliver fresh and tasty pizza first thing Saturday morning. Highly recommend it!
First off, let me state that by saying that I am a die hard Pizza nova fan, and that's coming from a fatty. I have 3 novas that have never let me down,then I have these guys. They always greet everyone with a smile and pleasant attitude. The washrooms and tables are always clean. And no one makes a better thin crust extra cheese well done pizza then these guys ???I'm getting hungry again .
Gave my pizza to another customer and blamed they didn’t get my order due to a system error (I know this because another customer walked in and they got the wrong pizza under my name). Had to call in headquarter and deal with whole shenanigans. The customer service at the store was so rude. Didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Terrible experience here. I like pizza nova but I am never visiting this location again.
The cashier today is very nice and friendly. I came here months ago, that cashier is awful.
The franchise owner ALWAYS makes the BEST PIZZA!!! WOW! Tonight, we ordered a pepperoni party size pizza. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. It is the same price as an extra large, but you get more pizza. The crust is cooked to perfection, light, airy and crunchy. Thanks always! Our always favorite Pizza Nova location.
