Probably is the best Peruvian restaurant in GTA, the Pollo a la Brasa is a must , also the Lolo Saltado (the best in town).Staff is very friendly. The only downside about my last experience here (I'm a regular customer) was : NO INCA KOLA!!!! Thanks was a huge mistake of this restaurant , they can't runout of this typical Peruvian beverage specially during the weekend . Other than that really good experience !!! View all feedback.

Hmmm, nice people, but very inconsistent and still need to learn, I got a cebiche and when we left I told my wife the cebiche juice had something that I can't identify, and she said, me too, what was that? ... I believe they have done it with the bottled lemon juice or a at least mixed in part with it, this change completely the cebiche existence. The Papa a la Huancaina, very nice size, but sometimes it is creamy and... Los Chicos Brass is a hidden gem in Markham, especially now in their Highway 7 location.Expanding beyond the exceptional roasted chicken they've been serving since opening in their original, smaller location, the young, upbeat team behind the restaurant now offer seafood and beef dishes, with similar Peruvian flare, fresh ingredients and complex spices. We still ensure we order some chicken, with its layers of flavour, made all the more enjoyable with house made hot sauces (we're partial to the habanero spiked orange version) the dance on the tongue, but don't obliterate with excess heat. Sides like a fresh salad with a light vinaigrette and creamy avocado, and taro fries are excellent as well. The new offerings we've sampled have all been delicious! Service is friendly and relaxed. The small dining room is usually hopping, with regulars and newbies who've discovered the Los Chicos secret.
The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff goes beyond your expectations. The meat dishes are delightful and very filling. Creatively done and not to costly too.
Previously ordered lunch take out from this restaurant and wanted to try eating at restaurant.Place is small, but wait staff is friendly.Latin music would be more enjoyable if volume was a bit down.Food is delicious but it would be nice to have a drinks and dessert menu. Not sure if there's a washroom there since I didn't see a sign. A few improvements I think this place could soar!
We went for dinner with our large family and had a wonderful meal. Everything was tasty and the service was very attentive and friendly. Love the yuca fries and their hot sauce!!
