Gave my pizza to another customer and blamed they didn’t get my order due to a system error (I know this because another customer walked in and they got the wro... read more Gave my pizza to another customer and blamed they didn’t get my order due to a system error (I know this because another customer walked in and they got the wrong pizza under my name). Had to call in headquarter and deal with whole shenanigans. The customer service at the store was so rude. Didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Terrible experience here. I like pizza nova but I am never visiting this location again.
