This coffee shop bar has a spacious interior and plenty of seating in the outdoor area. They have excellent hours and serve possibly the best coffee in West Texas. The bar offers a decent selection of alcohol. The small kitchen serves good food, including a couple of vegan options like avocado soup and totopos with salsa, which are more like snacks than a full meal. They also have cookies and other pastries, but it is unclear if they are vegan. The breakfast tacos are a bit pricey but are reportedly good and vegetarian, with fillings like egg and potato. They also sell the Big Bend Sentinel at the counter, providing insight into Marfan life news.
The restaurant has a very elegant architecture and ambiance with plenty of seating. Both the coffee and food are excellent. The service is top-notch. We had a lovely brunch there. The price per person is between $20 and $30. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a 5-star rating. Recommended dishes include the Posole Verde. Vegetarians may find some options to enjoy. There is ample parking available, including free street parking.
