Line Thai Food - Marfa

My friends and I made the mistake of visiting Marfa on a Monday when everything was closed, but thankfully we stumbled upon this food truck that ended up saving the day! Despite Google saying it was closed, we saw people enjoying their meals as we drove by and decided to stop for lunch. I ordered the cashew chicken and a Thai tea, both of which were incredibly delicious. The service was quick and the owner/operator was very friendly. We even had the pleasure of receiving a wave from their adorable daughter. I highly recommend this place!

We had two vegan options at this restaurant: cashew tofu or pfeffer tofu. We inquired about other options with the cook, but unfortunately, the sauces were not vegan even after omitting the egg. The cook was very friendly and accommodating. We ended up trying the cashew tofu with a bit of Tamari sauce, and we found it to be delicious.

The vegan options at Line Thai are fantastic. You can't go wrong with any of them. My go-to dish is the drunk noodles with tofu, it's delicious.

As a local resident, I have tried every item on the menu at Line Thai restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and you can taste the authenticity of Thai cuisine in every dish. The owners clearly put a lot of love and effort into their cooking. The service is quick, the restaurant has reliable opening hours, and the portion sizes are generous. You can choose to dine in the shaded area or opt for takeout. Line Thai is very popular in Marfa and comes highly recommended.
