Had the best time here catching the pre fixe with pairing! the menu was creative, delicious, service was warm and knowledgeable. absolutely come eat here if you’re in marfa!

Excellent experience with fine food in Marfa! Our group had several food allergies and preferences, but we gave advanced announcement they were able to accommodate us beautifully. Great service and creative dishes. We liked mainly natural wine and game meat. Some rooms to improve cocktails, none of them hit the brand for me.

Fantastic experience Fine food in Marfa! My family and I came here today for my father's 65th birthday dinner. The food was excellent, and they continue to produce at a very high level. Our waiter was super friendly, and they were even on a special diet request for a member of our party. I look forward to coming back to Cochineal at any time when I'm around! We love the food! Given all the experience of the Prix-fixe menu, the price-performance ratio was just right!
