I was disappointed after hearing so many great reviews. Hopefully dining in person is better, because our delivery order left much to be desired. The Bistro Pasta seemed undercooked and lacked flavor. The spinach, tomatoes, and pancetta were almost raw, just warmed up with the pasta. The Bolognaise was decent but too watery. On a positive note, the bread was outstanding! Unfortunately, we did not receive the Nonna's salad, so we missed out on trying it.
This restaurant offers the best pizza in Maple Valley, second only to Cascadia. Their other dishes are unparalleled in the area. Trust me on this, I don't usually leave reviews.
Wow, this place has really gone downhill. There was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant. My wife and daughter are gluten-free, and we were informed that they had run out of gluten-free pasta—despite it being listed on the menu—30 minutes after placing our order. By that time, we were already eating our appetizer and salad, so we felt stuck and couldn't just leave. We ended up having to cancel the rest of our meal and find another place to eat. Everything about the experience was disappointing, right down to the water that tasted like dirty dishwater. I won't be coming back. I usually try to support local businesses, so it’s unfortunate to have to leave such a negative review.
