The employee Amber was a breath of fresh air for a subway worker. She was so pleasant and kind. Bless her!!! So many times I have gone into a subway and was met by mean scouring faces angry to be working there. Regardless of anyone’s situation- to be kind in a service/hospitality position should be the expectation in our country. Amber is doing it right!!! Only one employee on duty and he was a 17-y... read more Waited in the restaurant for my sandwich for 35 minutes even though I mobile ordered it and it was flagged as ready. Only one employee on duty and he was a 17-year-old trying his best. This store has gone downhill and it 's currently rated by the department of health as okay . Very dirty. Obviously poorly managed. Won 't be coming back.
