I visited with some friends in the fall and decided to try the seasonal autumn soup. It's definitely my favorite item at Panera, and I make sure to order it every time it's available!
The food is good, but a little expensive. My experiences with the staff have been both good and bad. They have a good area to sit, relax and enjoy your food/drink.Kid-friendliness: My kids like all the pasties and cookies they offer. They also like the mac and cheese.
I ordered a Mediterranean salad, but the lettuce, onion, and cucumber were wilted and stale.
Horrible service. They were out of an item and instead of contacting the customer who placed the mobile order they waited until the driver aka me got to the store to be the middle man and contact the customer to discussed substitutions. This is ridiculous and yall meed to get your Chit Together.
