I recalled a Vietnamese restaurant, Thai Square, just a few minutes away. Upon arrival, we found a small, empty restaurant with only a few tables. The menu was extensive, and we decided on a few dishes to share. I inquired about the preparation of the meat in the Pho dishes, but the server didn't have the answers. We ordered the house special Pho, a grilled chicken Banh Mi Thit, and a pork belly Bao. The soup was delicious and plentiful for all of us. However, when my daughter asked about the sauce on the Banh Mi, the server was unable to provide an answer. It is important for servers to have knowledge of the menu, especially for customers with allergies. Despite this, I appreciated the server's advice on trying new dishes. I believe that a restaurant's success lies in the staff's ability to guide customers through the menu. I am willing to give this restaurant another chance in hopes of a better experience. Servers should be well-informed about the food they are serving.

We decided to try a variety of dishes, including pho, pad thai, and general tao chicken. The pho was average, the pad thai had too many bean sprouts and was overly sweet with a strong fish sauce flavor. The general tao chicken did not resemble any general tao dish I have had before. It consisted of tiny, leftover chicken pieces swimming in a watery sauce that lacked seasoning. Overall, the dish was unappetizing and difficult to chew.
