We were excited to hear this location was opening on the patio! The serving staff are very diligent with making sure all the tables are properly cleaned and following social distancing guidelines and They did their best to make sure as many tables as possible...were shaded. Overall the service and food was fantastic! Will definitely be returning!

The nacho pan was amazing! Always have a great experience at this location! Great server and friendly faces.

There were three of us dining, and we ordered a garden salad, half rack of ribs with fries, The Ultimate Burger, and Buffalo Shrimp for appetizers. The service was okay, but unfortunately, the food quality was not up to par. The burger was decent, but the fries and ribs were cold to the touch. The ribs were dry and lacking in flavor. The shrimp was clumped together and overcooked. We were disappointed by the overall experience and felt that the manager should have addressed the poor quality of the food. For the price of $112.00, we expected a much better dining experience. We will not be returning to Kelsey's Roadhouse.

Hello, I recently ordered a large salad at this restaurant and received a small dressing. I was very disappointed with the service as the person I spoke with was extremely rude. They refused to provide me with a free dressing unless I ordered more food. This experience has convinced me not to return to Kelseys. The lack of customer service and the attitude of the staff have left me with a negative impression of this establishment. I hope that the head office addresses these issues so that future customers do not have to endure similar experiences.

The server at this restaurant lacked knowledge and we had to request everything from salt, pepper, sauce, etc. He also forgot that children's meals should include a drink and dessert. The adult meal was disappointing and took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, the vegetables were undercooked and nearly raw. The portions were small and we left feeling very disappointed, especially considering we paid $93 and left hungry.
