I or... read more I've enjoyed getting my doner kebab there for years and have always been satisfied. But my last visit the day before yesterday was a bitter disappointment. I ordered two specials, but the employee preparing the doner kebabs was extremely unfriendly and behaved anything but professionally. When I asked for a doner kebab with just meat and sauce, he reacted rudely and insulted me in Turkish – apparently assuming I wouldn't understand. A complete no-go! Furthermore, the quality left a lot to be desired: The sauce was used sparingly, the bread wasn't grilled properly, and the preparation seemed careless and rushed. The staff also showed little friendliness towards other customers. A truly disappointing experience!

The SUPER DÖNER here is completely underrated, clearly in the ratings, apparently by envious people or competitors with this 3.9 rating. A family-run business where everything is of the finest quality and where you can see, smell, taste, and leave satisfied. The cleanliness of the restaurant is top-notch. The freshness of the ingredients in the salad, vegetables, sauces, and meat is top-end for me. The service w... read more My visit to Super Döner in Waldhof left me with mixed feelings. The positive aspects definitely included the very friendly and attentive employee. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, there were a few things that marred the experience: I was surprised that this was the first kebab shop I've visited that doesn't offer falafel. This severely limits the options for vegetarians and falafel lovers. The Margherita pizza I ordered was okay, but there's room for improvement in both taste and preparation. Overall, the service was top-notch, but the limited selection and quality of the pizza didn't warrant a higher rating.
