Staff are rude, inefficient, will often have very poor command of German or English and don’t necessarily give you a sense of overt confidence when it comes to hygiene either. I just got shouted at for asking how to order felt a little bullied. Nuff said.

And they proved this anew with every visit we made. Very rude employees that dont really understand german; sanitary rooms straight from hell; constantly mistaken orders; no one really respecting corona regulations, bad customerservice....name a fast-food-cliche and you will certainly find it here. The place needs some sort of reboot.
