Personnel is very friendly and well-mannered. It was a pleasant surprise that lady greeted me at the door, took my jacket and showed me my table. Very rare for Germany to have service on such a level. I would like to also compliment the cocktails, they are extraordinary and delicious. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Mannheim.
