I have been in South Korea myself, some of their dishes tastes authentic and some of them are not. I had Kimchi Duruchigi, it was okay, I can taste the gochujang they put in the dish, the portion was bit too small for 13€ meals to be honest. I didn't‘t really like their kimchi as well, it doesn't taste authentic at all. Bibimbap was good though. What I liked is the presentation. The place was small and prolly run onl... What Vukač Duronjić doesn't like about Bori:
the food was delicious and the service was absolutely hospitable: unfortunately the card does not really have much vegetarian to offer and the vegan has to change. but it worked and was really good: View all feedback.
The bori is a small secret tip that is easily hidden in the hearts mannheims. the restaurant itself is a bit small and only a few minutes after opening was already occupied half of the available places. the menu in the restaurant is very authentic and they can choose between most dressed between meat and tofu. it was even possible to order the dumplings with a sweet filling and they also prepared a completely gluten-free menu for me. the service was just as very accommodating and the ambiente corresponded to the authentic total impression. updated by previous review on 2021-11-05

Last Saturday I ran with my wife towards Collini Center, as we usually park our car. On the way there we are past the Weinstube Keller, on the left we noticed the Bori. From the outside, the Korean restaurant makes a good impression, we saw a Korean woman behind the checkout, I am for a short time and had a little chat with her. The Bori is a purely Korean restaurant, there are 3 basics, a meat broth, a fish broth and a vegetarian broth. These broths are based on Korean delicacies in Bori. She showed me this on the basis of an example court, the Kimchi. Traditionally, china charcoal is placed in salt water, but they are also made with radish, gurke and lynx. Each main dish (bibibibamp, pork ribs, pancakes with filling etc.) has 3-4 vegetables as a supplement, these are served in separate bowls. The dishes are between 10-15 euros. We will probably try sometime, even if the parts of the guests looked very clear.
The waitress let us wait outside, and when the table was free, she was disrespectful and had a bad face and told us that she is the one who decides who to give the priority to sit, even though there were enough tables available. Drink is expensive. Food lousy. I decided to go to Soban in J2-22. It was such a contrast, food was great, super friendly personnel.
