What Bruce James doesn't like about The Victoria and Albert Restaurant:
This is not a restaurant, it is more like a dining pub, they have no proper a la carte menu, just a bar menu but you can eat in the so called restaurant. The service was non existent, the management was the worst I have ever experienced. The food was of poor quality, the cheese for dessert had mold on. There was no atmosphere at all. I would like to mention two employees who made our dinner special, one was called Barbara and the other was called Matteo. Please make sure that they receive the bonus they deserve that our meal was made very special and felt welcome. Great team in the restaurant and excellent value for money.
