Everything about this restaurant is uni... read more We really enjoyed it and we are a tough crowd as we all like Indian food and have eaten it in many places and countries. Everything about this restaurant is unique. The food is absolutely delicious: every ingredient is of the best quality and carefully chosen. The dishes are so well presented. The restaurant may no be central Manchester but it sure worth the drive, which is about 20 minutes. The owner, Sandeep, is passionate about his cuisine and the most welcoming person. You need to go to this restaurant if you are an Indian food lover or if you want to discover this type of cuisine: Indique is a must!

The option to customize the spice level of your dish is a nice feature for those who prefer something spicier or more mild.

The food and service were both excellent, and the restaurant has a delightful modern atmosphere. My only critique is that I ordered the Veg Manchurian as my main dish, which I have previously only had as a starter. While it was delicious, I believe that its bold flavors are better suited for a starter as it became a bit overpowering over time. Perhaps offering a version on the starter menu would be a good suggestion? Overall, though, I cannot fault it!
