I would like to mention two employees who made our dinner special, one was called Barbara and the other was called Matteo. Please make sure that they receive the bonus they deserve that our meal was made very special and felt welcome. Great team in the restaurant and excellent value for money. What Bruce James doesn't like about The Victoria and Albert Restaurant:
This is not a restaurant, it is more like a dining pub, they have no proper a la carte menu, just a bar menu but you can eat in the so called restaurant. The service was non existent, the management was the worst I have ever experienced. The food was of poor quality, the cheese for dessert had mold on. There was no atmosphere at all. Avoid this place at all costs, we would never go back even if it was free. View all feedback.
Found this place in yelp as we are staying close byIt was a very nice place, had tasty sandwiches and 2 plates of dessert.
Breakfast seems to be my most favourite meal of the weekend at the moment and we're so lucky to have SO many places to choose from.
Quirky, though somehow exactly what I expected in this Northern Quarter stalwart.
The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Although there was a wait for the table that we had reserved ahead of time, the Manager handled the situation very well. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
Was a Christmas gift, great experience would definitely go back.
