The staff seemed inexperienced and over... read more I dined at this restaurant twice while staying at the hotel. The burgers were very good and the Bao buns were delicious! The staff seemed inexperienced and overly eager to check on the food multiple times during one meal. Overall, it's a decent option if you prefer not to venture out of the hotel. They also offer a very good breakfast.

As we were visiting th... read more It’s not often I give scathing reviews but this dreadful place to eat. We were staying at the Park Inn where this restaurant is situated. As we were visiting the nearby arena for a concert I checked out the menu on line and looked good. We were then offered a glass of wine each by booking online. The menu given was nothing at all like offered online and I mean nothing like this is a glorified cafe and feels like it if we more time before the concert I would have walked out. The staff knew nothing of the free wine and ended up just bringing a bottle which we paid for, we had the best burger on the menu available and they were both dry, over cooked and garnished with cheap cheese a bit of over cooked bacon and a scrappy piece of lettuce, and a few chips we both left half of it The waiter was clearly embarrassed and deducted 20% but even after that for 1/3 of the price we could have had a much better meal at a Burger King !!!! Firstly you need the correct menu online, train your staff and cook the food so it tastes as it should.
