We used it as a cafe on Sunday afternoon. We had a lot of luggage because we needed to move to the next town, but the cafe was spacious and comfortable. The latte was free with oats milk, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere of the English brickwork was also nice. View all feedback.
What Emma dislikes about Common:
Nice atmosphere in here. I’d go back and give it another chance as the food was really nice and outdoor area is good. But it was so busy I don’t think we got the best of the service. One of our three pizzas didn’t turn up as it ‘wasn’t in the system’ we had to check on it 3 times before it came and when it did come it came without the sauces ordered. Aperol Spirts was served in a small tumbler and wasn’t worth £8.50.... View all feedback.

Unfortunately my partner had a very negative experience when dining at common yesterday. One of the bar staff, who he has described as a man with a bleach blonde buzzcut, was extremely rude and dismissive when he politely went over to let him know that he had been served the wrong drink he had ordered a lager but was given a cider by mistake. We will certainly not be returning here.
Great location, with outside and inside seating.
