However, when I received the bill, I... read more During a recent visit to Malahide, I had breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered French toast and tea, which was delicious. However, when I received the bill, I was surprised to see that I was charged 15 euros in total - 12 euros for the French toast and 3 euros for the tea. I found this to be quite expensive and unfortunately, I will not be returning. I apologize for this decision.

The overall vibe is lovely, and the eggs benedict are amazing! I met my three sisters there and we all loved it. We will definitely be back soon. The food was delicious.

Such a lovely charming appearance outside and nice music/ambience inside, but the reception from the staff was very cold and unwelcoming and the table service l... read more Such a lovely charming appearance outside and nice music/ambience inside, but the reception from the staff was very cold and unwelcoming and the table service left much to be desired for such a small place. Staff literally ignored us while they ate at the bar. One party who were seated after us were left waiting outside for over 40mins and when they got up and walked inside to ask for the progress of their food they were told the kitchen was closed they had to remind the staff they had already ordered! No apology for the wait, it was really poor. I felt menu selection really didn't match the style/appearance of the restaurant at all, the specials on the blackboard were lovely but the limited menu of breakfast items in the late afternoon/early evening felt very odd. I wouldn't return or recommend unfortunately

Used to go more often with the previous menu that you could make your own breakfast, but still is a great brunch spot.
