My friend and I recently completed a work experience placement at Kajjal for two days. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and professional. The executive chef, Monty, along with the rest of the staff, taught us a great deal during our time there. They were always helpful and kind whenever we made a mistake or had a question, and we gained valuable insights into the workings of a restaurant. During our breaks, they provided us with delicious food and were very generous. I would highly recommend Kajjal for both the food and for anyone looking for a rewarding work experience opportunity.
I had the classic chicken broth and a fish dish. Both were excellent. The naan bread was also top-notch.
One of the tastiest lamb kormas I've ever tasted. Lots of lamb, completely lean and very tender. Staff were really pleasant and obliging. Presentation of the dishes were immaculate, (until we got our hands n them). Cocktails were perfect. Restaurant was full yet laid out perfectly so we weren't cramped. 10/10.
