Steak Escape-madison

There were only two employees on duty, so it was drive-thru service only. They were putting in a lot of effort, and the food was fantastic! These two deserve a raise! Food rating: 5/5.

I customized my Korean BBQ steak bowl to include extra vegetables, but they were overcooked. Aside from that, the experience was quick, convenient, and offered good value. Next time, I plan to try their steak sandwich. Food rating: 3/5.

I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at this restaurant. When we walked in, the three employees just stared at us without a smile or any greeting. We said hello, but they remained silent, which was incredibly odd! When I asked the woman taking our order a question, she simply shook her head at me. Once our food was ready, they left it sitting on the counter without letting us know it was there. I had to ask for our cups myself. To top it off, our fries were incorrect, and I had to request that they finish adding the toppings. I'm still in disbelief about how bizarre the entire experience was.

I love steak escape. Flowood and north park are both great. The one at north park has 1 employee that has been there long term. Great experiences. However, Gluckstadt is not up to those standards. Went today order incorrect, fries cold. I don’t understand considering the standards the others keep. Please get this store up to the same excellence as the others. I live in Madison and really want this store to improve and stay in business but the future for it does not look bright.

I have never been to a Steak Escape before. The food was good. The restaurant it's self was not clean. One young gentleman with his mask half way on his lips. There was only 3 total people there behind the counter. The young man at the counter was trying to take care of front line and drive thru. Although he didn't wear the head set until he heard the buzzer go off. At one point the man on the grill left the line and that put the guy from the register running the grill with his other two jobs. More people to get the restaurant in order.
