It's been a while since our last visit. We only come to Madison for football weekends, but we had a great experience. The thin crust pizza was fantastic, and the ambiance was wonderfully cozy. We will definitely be returning! View all feedback.
What Emma dislikes about Paisan's:
I really wish I liked this place. Great location, fun atmosphere and has the potential to be great. I was really hoping to like the food here but it was bad. I got the mushroom spaghetti and it tasted like they mixed watered down Ragu and a can of 89¢ mushrooms together and dumped it on cold spaghetti noodles. I have been here for a birthday party and a date nightEach time on the outdoor patio, each time on a gorgeous evening.

We recently joined friends for dinner outdoors at Paisan's and we tried their pizza. It's fabulous! We really enjoyed the crust with the cornmeal on the bottom fabulous! We had the vegetarian pesto pizza and I can't wait to have it again! I'm kicking myself having lived in Madison on and off for the past 30 years, this is the first time I have had pizza at Paisan's, what a mistake!
