We had, each on our plates, bursts of flavors. prices are quite correct given the quality of the foods. the view of the kitchen is very pleasant, we have been able to observe the rigor and the requirement requested in this institute. We had not, however, the feeling of being in a school. servers are friendly, smiling and very professional.

Bravo to the patisserie staff, Viennese. so if you pass by lyon place belcour come to lunch or dinner at the institute paul bocuse and don't forget to book!!!
