My wife and I had organized a Lyon and Burgundy trip for a group of Californian Guests and our dinner at L'Institute was the first of many to come. Everybody enjoyed the quality of the dishes, the attentive service, despite a little nervousness of some of the young crew members and the explanations of the Maître d' about the ingredients of our choices. The Foie Gras prepared with Port and White Wine accompanied by rhubarb and apricot marmalade, the tuna, with fresh herbs and eggplant caviar, the cheese selection by Etienne Boissy to name a few of the many dishes our group had, all tasted delicious. Definitely would come back here.
Again, a perfect dinner at the paul bocuse institute. personal care, kindness and already professionalism. As for the kitchen, these furnace students already have all great cooks: it was beautiful and refined to wish! We'll probably go back there in a next time we're on the road!
Dinner for 4 people. dishes and desserts. A fabulous wine. the frame is trendy, the reception and service are perfect and not overrated. We had, each on our plates, bursts of flavors. prices are quite correct given the quality of the foods. the view of the kitchen is very pleasant, we have been able to observe the rigor and the requirement requested in this institute. We had not, however, the feeling of being in a school. servers are friendly, smiling and very professional.
Great lunch. welcome and service treated despite youth in the profession for some and some. dishes as beautiful as good. Bravo to the patisserie staff, Viennese. so if you pass by lyon place belcour come to lunch or dinner at the institute paul bocuse and don't forget to book!!!
