This morning as a new customer (we 're an English and Australian living in the neighbourhood for 2 months) we walked into this pleasant looking cafe for morning coffee and served by male waiter in an extremely off hand manner. We ordered our coffee then asked for 2 glasses of water to have with it. We noticed that all other coffee orders came with a glass water but we were only served one between us and this was 'plo...
