The service, ambiance, food, and wine are all exceptional. The dishes are absolutely delicious and made even better with expert wine guidance from Thomas. They have an expansive and interesting wine list with lots of hidden gems. This was also the best service we had by far. The meal was paced perfectly and Thomas manages to be both interactive with his customers and incredibly efficient. This really is a must stop in Lyon. You won’t be disappointed.

Compared to some of... read more This was our third dinner at Bistro B and it is always such a treat. The food is divine, with complex flavors without feeling overly stuffy. Compared to some of the other highly rated Lyon restaurants we consider it far and away our favorite. Service is always excellent and informative with effort made to explain each dish and how it was prepared. The wine pairings are considered with great care, and act as a multiplier for the flavor of both themselves and the dishes. An absolute hidden gem in the 6th and I would 100% recommend.
