When I got home, I found that I had received two fully loa... read more I ordered two patty melts and two drinks, and I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru. When I got home, I found that I had received two fully loaded cheeseburgers instead, and they were cold. I was definitely not satisfied with my experience.

I r... read more I ordered breakfast for my husband and me. I went in to pick up the order. Cashier was very lost, had to tell her my name three times before I got my order. I realized that my order was not correct. Had to go in again to get my pancakes, they still haven't put the Hasch-Brauen sticks in my bathroom. For such a simple order, made too many mistakes.

I typically go for a standard small cheeseburger,... read more Whataburger is consistently fantastic. They always get my order correct, and I love that they toast the buns. I typically go for a standard small cheeseburger, the Justaburger. I prefer not to have a giant cheeseburger, so it’s nice not to pay extra for something I might not finish or that would overfill me. Occasionally, I’ll add bacon to my order. The last time I visited, I settled at my table and spotted a blue cheese bacon burger on the menu. I wish I had seen it sooner—it sounds amazing!

The drive-thru is consistently slow, and no matter what you order, there's a high likelihood you'll receive old or cold fries, even if your sandwich is made fresh. They also charge for condiments (except for ketchup), but frequently forget to include them in the bag, even after being reminded! I really don't understand why we keep trying this place every few months when there's never any improvement. Today was the last straw! It's absolutely unacceptable to deceive a pregnant woman about her ranch dressing being in the bag, especially after specifically charging her for it!
