PANERA
Description
Visiting this Panera location seems to be hit or miss based on the reviews. The food quality is generally decent, with a variety of healthy options available. However, there are consistent complaints about the service, with issues ranging from rude and unprofessional staff to long wait times and incorrect orders. Despite this, some customers have had positive experiences with friendly and helpful employees, delicious food, and quick service. Overall, it appears that while the food at this Panera may be satisfying, customers should be cautious and prepared for potential service issues.

We had two value duets 1. Creamy tomato soup with Greek salad 2. 10 vegetable soup with tuna sandwich. Botha were great. We also like their bagels and bear claw.
Food is high quality and healthy. The menu had no info on what is in the dish. Been a number of years seen I have eaten at Panera. Loved my food and will go back.
Our visit to this Panera location was very pleasant. We ordered our food through the self service kiosk and received our food a few minutes later for take-out. The food was very good and hot and the staff were very friendly and professional.
My wife and I decided to come here on a Saturday morning this past week for some breakfast. We arrived about 9-10am and we walked in and there was no employees in sight. After standing at the counter for a few moments it was clear nobody was working the front counter. Reluctantly we used the self-serve kiosk where we ordered our breakfast. One muffin and 3 pastries were $15 so in my opinion, its overpriced. We found. table and sat down and the booth portion I was sitting on had crumbs and food debris between the cushion, it was pretty nasty. Our name was called and we picked up our order at the window. None of the pastries were warm and when asked to warm up the cinnamon roll, the worker said, you can and directed us to a microwave in the lobby. We sat down, ate, the food wasn 't great, and we left. Won 't be coming back.NOTE: In the last year since covid, Ive been to this location 2-3 times and it seems like a common place that this Panera bread does not staff the front of house with someone to take your order. You are forced to use the kiosk. The excuse may be covid but to me it comes off like laziness and a way to save money, especially since the workers in the kitchen dont wear masks or anything.
Worst Panera experience so far. Neither our sandwiches were correct, even the original ingredients lacked the sandwich. If we didn't get a bagel we ordered, we had to ask that, as well as the ingredients we missed, we were given on the page so that we could add them to our sandwiches ourselves. The bagel itself was baked and not soft. I'd be willing to suspect it wasn't baked that day. I grew up at St. Louis Bread Company and the quality has definitely suffered as the franchise has expanded. We spent $40 for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup and a bagel and I would have had a better meal in the subway. Very disappointed. Get a better management and get it together or greatly reduce your prices or not and lose your business. Oh and the people sitting next to us had the same problem with their sandwiches that weren't right. Panera CEO, you might want to make an undercover boss episode. Just say.
