If we didn't get a bagel we ordered, we had to ask that, as well as the ingredients we missed, we were given on the page so that we could add them to our sandwiches ourselves. The bagel itself was baked and not soft. I'd be willing to suspect it wasn't baked that day. I grew up at St. Louis Bread Company and the quality has definitely suffered as the franchise has expanded. We spent $40 for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup and a bagel and I would have had a better meal in the subway. Very disappointed. Get a better management and get it together or greatly reduce your prices or not and lose your business. Oh and the people sitting next to us had the same problem with their sandwiches that weren't right. Panera CEO, you might want to make an undercover boss episode. Just say.
