Manager explained after redeeming the request for the reward you have to add it to the order ?????????????? oops Literally took 12 minutes waiting forthe reward (a brownie) and finally went back inside to get it (had requested curbside after waiting in the drive thru) Theythought I had already got it. ????

They have a lot ofdeliveries and that it should be getting delivered soon I asked if he had a estimated time because I had to go back to work hesaid he did not know it is now 315pm and still have not recieved my food so I just cancelled the order at this point so now I?mback at work with no food never ordering here again guys don?t use there delivery service you will be without lunch

(in which we spend a decent amount of money ordering food) the manager and workers were very rude and got the order wrong, i was missing items. when i called, the managerclaimed ?the location was ?too busy? to help me out and couldn?t refund me for the missing items. i never got an apology, themanager did not seem to care. our office will not be ordering from this location again.

I was here almost 10 minutes and had to pull someone to the side to ask because NO ONE recognized me!
