Overall, the staff was friendly, and the freshness of the food made for a pleasant experience.

The au jus add... read more Wednesday’s 2 for $6 French Dip with Swiss was fantastic. The buns were fresh, soft, and warm, complementing the beef and Swiss cheese perfectly. The au jus added the finishing touch. Paired with Arby’s curly fries and a Dr. Pepper, it made for a quick, affordable, and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely return. The only downside was feeling like taking a nap afterward instead of heading back to work.

The management should be ashamed of how poorly the place is managed. Wait times are unacceptable—you’ll spend the majority of your lunch just waiting for your order. Customer service is almost nonexistent. If possible, I would leave a negative review. The Arby's on Slide is a much better choice—at least it's cleaner. I went in hoping to get the 2 for $7 classic roast beef deal, but was told it wasn’t available here, even though it was offered without issue at the Slide location. I definitely won’t be coming back to the 82nd Street Arby's; most employees seem disinterested in their jobs, and it really shows.

The only option is the drive-thru, so if they make a mistake with your order, you have to go back through the line. The staff member didn't seem to care about the inconvenience caused.
