I was informed about the wait time, but the food arrived even sooner than anticipated. Everything was piping hot and delicious.

It's disappointing that every other Wingstop allows me to mix my wings with lemon pepper and mild, but this location doesn't. If they're just being uncooperative, they should be upfront about it. The person who answered the phone was unhelpful and rude, insisting that he couldn't accommodate my request. He really needs to be replaced.

They seemed more interested in texting on their phones than interacting with customers, spending most of their time leaning against the wall. To make matters worse, the so-called manager did nothing to help improve the situation. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wingstop, and I would definitely not recommend it.

She was glaring at us and yelled at the staff for running out of rolls. When my sister requested a refund for her rolls, she also gave her a cold glare, which was quite off-putting. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.
