Reviews - Wingstop
Reviews summary
Recently, this popular wing spot has seen a decline in both service and food quality. Patrons have reported issues such as incorrect orders, soggy fries, and poorly cooked wings. Customer service appears to be lacking, with staff displaying minimal interaction and work ethic. However, there are glimmers of hope, as some diners reported friendly and helpful staff, along with freshly prepared, enjoyable dishes. Overall, while some interactions yield positive experiences, consistency seems to be the main issue, leading many to recommend alternative locations for a better dining experience.

This was my first visit and my first attempt to try the new sandwich. I ordered it online and picked it up myself, but my order was incorrect—there wasn't even a sandwich in the bag. I'm not sure what’s going on at this location, but I'm quite disappointed with my experience.
I would rate this place zero stars if possible. It's disappointing that every other Wingstop allows me to mix my wings with lemon pepper and mild, but this location doesn't. If they're just being uncooperative, they should be upfront about it. The person who answered the phone was unhelpful and rude, insisting that he couldn't accommodate my request. He really needs to be replaced.
The lack of work ethic among the staff was astonishing. They seemed more interested in texting on their phones than interacting with customers, spending most of their time leaning against the wall. To make matters worse, the so-called manager did nothing to help improve the situation. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wingstop, and I would definitely not recommend it.
Berta, who I assume is the manager, had a negative attitude and was unpleasant to the customers. She was glaring at us and yelled at the staff for running out of rolls. When my sister requested a refund for her rolls, she also gave her a cold glare, which was quite off-putting. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

My cashier, Nicole, was fantastic! She convinced me to try the new Voodoo French fries, and they were amazing. I'll definitely be ordering them again next time!
It was merely satisfactory. We had to wait a considerable time for our food; what was initially expected to take 15 minutes ended up taking more than 30 minutes.
I had a great time at Wingstop, but I think the wings would be even better if they were all cooked to a crispy perfection. That would really elevate the flavor!
