Be cautious about how much meat they serve—you wouldn’t want to end up with an extra gram, even though their prices are already quite high! At this rate, they might soon close their doors. Customers are frustrated with their greed and the way they seem to value food so highly! Need a little extra sauce? Sorry, that will come with an additional charge! You know what? That’s fine; I’ll just take my hungry family somewhere else from now on and forget this place ever existed! It’s truly disappointing what has happened to our fast food establishments!

The girl at the drive-thru was more focused... read more This was the worst experience I've ever had at an Arby's. It was clear that the staff had no interest in their work. The girl at the drive-thru was more focused on chatting with her coworkers than on serving customers. Our medium Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich only had two slices of meat and a small amount of cheddar. Even though we requested two sides of cheddar, we didn’t receive any. To make matters worse, the curly fries were cold, stale, and hardly filled the container. I've learned my lesson: always check your order before leaving the drive-thru.
